Decision-making--selecting from the refined options--usually moves quickly because of the full development of options, strategic intelligence gathered, and creative and analytical thinking done along the way in prior steps.

Crucial Issues Work as Decision Filters

Along the way, evaluation is underway. As the Decision Pathway is begun, we've worked to build a set of crucial decision filters, or "crucial issues". At each stage in the Decision Pathway--from uncovering opportunities, to refining options--these decision filters are directing creative thinking and affecting judgement.

Execution

The execution of the strategy is not a separate event, but rather part of the strategy itself. Execution and operations are as important as the strategy itself. We often continue our work with clients through the first phases of strategy implementation.
